Minor role changes

As most of you are probably aware I've been a little busy of late to say the least  :D

Thankfully emCache now runs rather smoothly and only needs low level administration so I think its an appropriate time to step down just a little and allow JustAlan to manage emCache.

I will continue to manage the hosting, all unseen geeky bits plus provide technical support to JustAlan if/when he needs it. From a users point of view JustAlan will be processing new users, moderating forums, responding to emCache related questions and various other fun tasks  ;)

When JustAlan was recently promoted to the Site Admin role he took to it like a cache to ivy so I'm extremely confident he can continue to mange emCache.

Seriously though, I'm not expecting any problems, as you are usually a well behaved bunch of loonies individuals
