I know it is a long way off, but does anybody want to take charge of the March event?

Is hosting the event just arranging the location/premises etc, or is there more to it than that?

All you need do is find a place and time and publish a listing on Geocaching.com.  There is nothing more to it than that :)

Worth letting the venue know what sort of numbers are likely to descend on them and whether they are likely to want food.  Use the will attend list to help determine numbers

What day of the week is most popular?

I will have a word at the Festival Inn, Trowell. I have arranged stuff there before, and they have a big back room which they sometimes lend if the atendees buy food/drink, which is likely at an emCache event anyway...
